EdTech Companies in Noida: Verified List with Sectors, Services and Websites (2026)

Noida is home to the headquarters of Physics Wallah, Extramarks, Schoolnet, ConveGenius, GeeksforGeeks, STEMROBO and Info Edge’s Shiksha.com, a cluster of school-software, assessment and e-learning-services companies, the India offices of McGraw Hill, Cengage and Magic EdTech, and the study centres of several Mumbai- and Bengaluru-based brands. This page lists 26 education-technology companies with a Noida office verified on their own website, five more whose Noida base is confirmed through company registries or official app-store records, and nine branch offices, with sector, products, customers, business type, nearest metro station and official website for each. It also names the companies people search for that are not in Noida.

Scope: Noida (Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh), the sectors between the Yamuna and the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway up to about Sector 150. Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Gurugram are excluded; where a company is often misfiled as Noida, the exclusion list says so.

Metro access by sector

Station lists from the Blue Line (DMRC), Aqua Line (NMRC) and Magenta Line; distances are approximate and from sector centres. Two things changed in 2026: the air-conditioned skywalk linking Sector 52 (Blue) and Sector 51 (Aqua) opened on 28 August 2026, making the interchange a walk rather than a rickshaw ride (Swarajya); and the Union Cabinet approved a Sector 142 to Botanical Garden corridor on 14 February 2026 that will add stations at Sectors 44, 97, 105, 108 and 93 in about four years (PIB). Until then, Sectors 125, 127, 132 and 136 have no station of their own. Tickets on the Blue and Aqua lines are separate.

Why Noida is a base for EdTech companies

Four reasons are documented rather than assumed. First, office supply: Sector 62-63 and the Expressway corridor hold large multi-tenant and coworking stock (Candor TechSpace, Smartworks, Noida One, Advant Navis), which is where most companies on this list sit. Second, talent and proximity: Noida borders Delhi and is a metro ride from its universities, and Amity University’s Sector 125 campus sits inside the corridor; Univo and Magic EdTech are across the road from it. Third, anchor companies: Physics Wallah’s 2025 listing, Extramarks’ two-decade presence, Schoolnet’s government programmes and Info Edge’s Sector 132 campus give the city visible EdTech employers. Fourth, Uttar Pradesh’s startup and IT policies and the NSEZ offer incentives to software and services exporters, which is why content-services firms (Magic EdTech, Acadecraft, Infopro, Vidya Mantra) cluster here. None of this makes Noida India’s largest EdTech hub; Bengaluru and Gurugram host more headquarters. It makes Noida the main EdTech location in the eastern half of Delhi-NCR.

What services EdTech companies in Noida offer

  • Student-facing learning: exam preparation (Physics Wallah, TestprepKart, GeeksforGeeks, PrepInsta, Safalta), K-12 practice and learning apps (Extramarks, Edugain), scholarships (Buddy4Study), college search (Shiksha.com).
  • School-facing software and hardware: ERP and LMS (Jupsoft, Edunext, Vidya Mantra, mElimu), smart-class content and hardware (Extramarks, Globus Infocom, Ebix Smartclass), STEM labs (STEMROBO), assessment and proctoring (Koescore, Think Exam).
  • Government and CSR programmes: large-scale deployments in state schools (Schoolnet, ConveGenius, EdiQue).
  • Publisher- and enterprise-facing services: content development, accessibility, localisation, platform engineering and managed learning (Magic EdTech, Acadecraft, Infopro, Liqvid), courseware (McGraw Hill, Cengage).
  • Higher education and professional skilling: online degrees (Univo), certification and bootcamps (CertyBox, Henry Harvin), study centres of national brands (Jaro, Imarticus, upGrad).

How to choose an EdTech company in Noida

Schools choosing an ERP or smart-class vendor: ask for three reference schools you can call, a written data-ownership and export clause, Hindi-language support hours, and the cost of training staff; compare Jupsoft, Edunext and Extramarks on modules you will actually use, not the total count.

Coaching institutes wanting an app or test platform: compare Classplus (white-label app), Koescore and Think Exam (assessment) on proctoring, question-bank import and per-student pricing.

Colleges and universities: for LMS, compare mElimu and Vidya Mantra (Moodle) on hosting location, SSO and integration with your ERP; for online degrees, an OPM such as Univo takes a revenue share, so read the term and exit clauses.

Students and parents: check the official site for the exact course, fee and refund policy; visit the Noida centre if there is one; for exam prep, compare the mock-test volume and faculty rather than brand size.

Publishers and enterprises: content-services firms differ by domain and accessibility expertise; ask Magic EdTech, Acadecraft or Infopro for a paid pilot on one module before a long contract.

Everyone: confirm the company is still trading (the exclusion list shows how quickly directories go stale), check whether the Noida address is a headquarters or a counselling desk, and insist on data-security terms (where student data is stored, who can access it, deletion on exit).

Jobs at EdTech companies in Noida

The companies above do hire in Noida; what changes is the mix. Physics Wallah, Extramarks, Schoolnet, ConveGenius and Info Edge recruit faculty, content creators, product managers, software engineers, data analysts, sales and partnership roles and operations staff. Content-services firms (Magic EdTech, Acadecraft, Infopro) hire instructional designers, editors, accessibility specialists, graphic designers and project managers. ERP, STEM and assessment companies hire developers, implementation and support engineers, trainers and school-facing sales. Publishers’ India offices hire editorial, sales and digital-product roles.

To find and verify openings, use the official careers page rather than aggregator listings: PW’s and GeeksforGeeks’ careers sections, Testbook’s Recruiterbox board, Infopro’s careers page, and Info Edge’s own Naukri company page. An opening on a job board that does not appear on the company’s site or LinkedIn page is worth a direct enquiry before you apply, and no company on this list charges candidates a fee. This page does not list current vacancies or salaries because they change weekly and cannot be verified at publication.

What is changing in Noida’s EdTech sector

Three developments are documented. Physics Wallah’s November 2025 stock-market listing made it the first Noida-headquartered EdTech company on the exchanges, which tends to anchor local hiring. The sector’s centre of gravity is shifting along the Expressway: Extramarks, GeeksforGeeks, Magic EdTech, Univo, Info Edge and Infopro (2026) are in Sectors 125 to 142, and the approved Sector 142 to Botanical Garden metro corridor will improve access there, while Sector 62-63 remains the B2B software belt. And government-facing AI products (ConveGenius’s SwiftChat, Schoolnet’s Geneo) are growing with state contracts and CSR funding rather than consumer subscriptions, which makes Noida unusual among Indian EdTech cities. The consumer-app shake-out that removed BYJU’S, Toppr and WhiteHat Jr from the city has left the B2B, services and test-prep companies intact. No market-size or growth figure for Noida’s EdTech sector exists in any source checked, so none is given.
